The refund is only applicable for the ‘Portrait.psd Program’ and ‘Digital Art Foundation. Other courses do not offer any kind of refund in any case.
So here onwards, we are talking about the ‘Portrait.psd Program’.
If you can’t get the desired value with our program, contact us via email, and we’ll issue a FULL refund.
To be eligible for a refund:
1) You must submit your request after the 7th month and before the starting date of the 13th month of the purchase date.
2) You must have followed all the steps and shown your hard work in the program period.
3) You must have attended at least 30 weekly live sessions and asked your doubts.
4) You must have submitted all your homeworks starting from the basic lines in our private group on Facebook. At least 180 posts of homework ( Only from the course syllabus. Not any random artwork..) should be uploaded from your account within 7 months.
Refund won’t be possible in the following cases:
Basically, if a student goes to school and doesn’t study and fails the exam, it is not School’s or teacher’s responsibility at all. A student must work hard to top the exam or even pass the exam. Following are cases in which the refund will not be granted.
1) If you don’t show your homework in the private group on Facebook, a refund is impossible.
2) If you don’t show your attendance and ask your doubts to get clear direction, a refund is not possible.
3) If you don’t read all the information on the website/landing page and after payment, if you think that the course is not for you, a refund is not possible at all.
We’ll go through the details and you’ll get the refund in the next 5 working days.
No refunds will be provided before 7 months and after 12 months from the purchase of the program.

Cases Where Refunds Will Not Be Granted:
Lack of Engagement or Minimal Effort:
- If you’ve purchased the eBook but have not submitted your practice drawings, or have posted fewer than 20 practice sessions, a refund will not be provided.
Failure to Apply Feedback:
- If you are not seeking or applying feedback provided by the group, or if you have not shown consistent progress through your work, a refund will not be issued.
Change of Mind or Misreading the Product Description:
- If you decide that the book isn’t what you expected after purchasing, or if you did not thoroughly read the product description before buying, a refund will not be provided.
Abuse of Refund Policy:
- Refund requests that show a pattern of abuse (e.g., purchasing and then refunding without genuine effort) will be denied.
Process for Refund:
